Who I am

My name is Grace Fetherstonhaugh and I’m a professional runner representing Saucony and Athletics Canada. I have an immense passion and love for running, and have been training competitively for 13 years, under the guidance of many phenomenal coaches who I have learned from.

I represented Team Canada at the World Championships in 2022 and 2025. I won the Canadian National title in the 3000m Steeplechase in 2025, followed by earning a silver medal at the 2025 North American and Central American Championships. I was also a 2x time Pac 12 Champion and 7x All-American while I competed at Oregon State University. My next big goal is to qualify for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.

I have coached youth athletes and Special Olympics athletes throughout my running journey, and love coaching runners of all abilities.

I am extremely excited to provide training plans for runners of all levels. Whether you are aiming to run a few days a week for the joy of it, or if you are training for a competitive track, road or cross country race I would love to help guide your journey.
